WHAT IS APPRECIO?

The Platform is operated by the Company, which operates under different commercial brands, including Apprecio and Dcanje. The Platform consists of an online rewards catalog that allows participating individuals to consolidate points obtained from different Points Programs offered by Affiliated Companies into a personal account. Such points may be redeemed for goods and/or services made available for this purpose through the Company’s websites and mobile applications, all subject to these Terms and Conditions.

The points awarded under the different Points Programs constitute the unit of measurement of the benefits available on the Platform and may be redeemed exclusively for goods and services offered through the Company’s digital channels. Their specific characteristics, accumulation rules, validity, and use are detailed below and/or in the specific terms and conditions of each Points Program.

INTERNATIONAL SCOPE AND APPLICABLE REGULATIONS

The Company operates in different countries across the American continent, under various commercial brands. In each country, the operation of the Platform, the Points Programs, the accumulation and use of points, redemptions, transfers, processing of personal data, warranties, and any other matters related to the use of the services are governed by the laws and regulations in force in the country where the User participates in and/or uses the Platform.

In the event of any discrepancy between this international version and the local Terms and Conditions applicable to a specific country, the local Terms and Conditions corresponding to the User’s country and/or the territory where the redemption or service is carried out shall prevail.

DEFINITIONS

Affiliated Companies: Those companies participating in the Points Programs whose products or services allow Users to accumulate points and/or redeem benefits through the Platform, in accordance with these Terms and Conditions and the specific conditions established by each such company.

User or Account Holder: The natural person under whose name an Account is created, who is responsible for its administration and use, as well as for the points consolidated therein, in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.

Account: The personal account created for each User, identified by a valid identification document in the corresponding country or its equivalent, in which points transferred from different Points Programs and other authorized sources are recorded.

Redemption Catalog: The set of products and services available for point redemption through the Platform, accessible via the Company’s websites and mobile applications for iOS and Android devices.

Affiliated Providers: Companies that allow their products or services to be redeemed in exchange for points and that are responsible for warranties and for establishing the applicable conditions for the use of such products or services.

PROGRAM USERS

Who may participate?

Any individual who meets the following requirements may become a User of the Platform:

  • Be a natural person.
  • Hold a valid identification document issued by the competent authority of the corresponding country.
  • Complete the registration process through the Company’s website or mobile application.
  • Have read and expressly accepted these Terms and Conditions and the applicable Privacy Policy.
  • Have been expressly accepted by the Company and not have had their participation cancelled in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.

USER ACCOUNT

The Account is for personal use. The Company shall implement reasonable security mechanisms for access thereto. The User is solely responsible for safeguarding their access credentials, and the Company shall not be liable for unauthorized use resulting from the User’s failure to comply with this obligation.

Only one Account per User shall be permitted. If more than one Account associated with the same individual is detected, the Company may cancel the additional Accounts in accordance with the applicable local Terms and Conditions.

FINAL PROVISIONS

This international version of the Terms and Conditions establishes a general framework for the operation of the Platform. The local Terms and Conditions in force in each country form an integral part of the contractual relationship between the User and the Company.
